[Coating Example] Improvement of Mold Release Properties (Resin Release)

The reason for the short lifespan during use is at the substrate preparation stage! There are cases where the lifespan has increased by about 1.5 times compared to conventional films.

We received an inquiry from a company engaged in resin molding for containers, asking if there is a film that has good resin release properties and is moderately hard. The film currently in use has release properties, but it contains hard pearlescent materials, which aggressively attack the substrate, causing the film to fail, leading to difficulties. To ensure the strength of the containers, it seems that some products have pearlescent materials mixed into them, but this also causes significant damage to the equipment, increasing the need for surface coating. When the resin release properties deteriorate, defects occur, so we prioritized coating for resin release properties over hardness.
